If your order has been sent with Australia Post and you realise your address is incorrect after receiving your shipping confirmation email, you can update your details with them directly via https://auspost.com.au/mypost
You will need to create or sign in to a 'My Post' account to change your delivery address. We strongly suggest that you do this as soon as possible to ensure your address is changed in time.
Please note, not all changes can be made depending on what transit status your parcel is in.

If your package has been sent with Sendle or Australia Post and you are unable to complete the above, please follow the below process:
Unfortunately you are unable to amend your shipping information with Sendle once you have received your shipping confirmation.
We kindly ask that you contact the courier and request that they return the package to sender (RTS). Once you have initiated this process, please submit a request advising us you have initiated this process. Please include on the request your Name, Order Number & the Shipping Address that is on your order.
