We recommend sending your Christmas parcels as early as possible, and by the cut-off dates below, to help us get them there in time for Christmas Day. We’ll deliver items sent after these dates as quickly as we can, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.
Standard Post
The dates provided below are for Parcel Post items being sent to/from metro locations and collected by one of our trucks or vans and taken directly to our processing facility. For Standard Post items being sent outside a metro area or being lodged over the counter, there is a 2.00pm cut-off time, so please allow additional time.

Can you upgrade my order to express?
Once your order has been placed in our system we are unable to change the delivery option on your order. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel the order and you can re-place it with express shipping. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Once the order is marked as shipped in our system, we are unable to cancel or speed up the delivery of your order.
