Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and packaged in the original packaging.
Once we receive and approve your return, we'll initiate the refund process. Please include your full name, order number, and email on or in the packaging for efficient processing. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
After your refund is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation, and it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
