The original Sudio product you have purchased is covered by a warranty of 12 months. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end-user. Your earphones are protected against all manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
On top of that, you can register your Sudio product in our Sphere program to extend the standard warranty from 12 months to 18 months. The registration must be done within 3 months of the purchase.

If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, or if your item breaks within 12 months of purchase, simply submit a warranty claim by Submitting a Request. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a Store Credit and cover all shipping costs associated with your order.
You will need to return the original product for inspection, if you do not forward all required information and return the product, we will not be able to process your claim, and/or it will cause delays in the claim process.
When submitting your claim, please provide as much detail as possible to help us process it quickly and efficiently. Be sure to include:
- Place of purchase:
- Your full name and address:
- A short description of the fault:
- At least three images (PNG or JPEG) / videos showing the fault. Please include imagery of the product's front, back and side to clearly show the product type and/or its defect:
- An image of your proof of purchase (eg your receipt or order confirmation):
