Change of Mind Returns

At Sudio, our priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that circumstances may change, and to guarantee you're 100% happy with your choice, we offer a change-of-mind refund. Please review the details below for a smooth and efficient return process.

For returns due to a change of mind, kindly ensure the product is still in its original packaging and maintains a saleable condition. Ship your product to: Sudio AU, Locked Bag 948, Gisborne, 3437 Australia.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and packaged in the original packaging.

Once we receive and approve your return, we'll initiate the refund process. Please include your full name, order number, and email on or in the packaging for efficient processing. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

After your refund is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation, and it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

If your product is damaged upon arrival or if your return is due to other complications, please submit a request first so our team can make the necessary arrangements before you return the item.
